Registration

Registration and abstract submission is open for consideration for poster and short oral presentations. There are two separate oral sessions for presentations by PhD students and postdoctoral fellows. Please mention this in your abstract at the end.

Some of the outstanding abstracts will also be considered for symposia sessions as many speaker slots are still open. After early deadline of 30 April, program organizing committee will select abstracts for short talks / symposia sessions.

MANY ORAL PRESENTATION SLOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PHD STUDENTS AND POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWS / JUNIOR SCIENTISTS. SELECTED FIRST AUTHORS WILL BE INFORMED IN MAY 2025 ABOUT ORAL PRESENTATIONS IN ADDITION TO THEIR REGULAR PRESENTATIONS.

Invited speakers and plenary session speakers please use the code sent to you by email. Invited speakers should use Invited Speaker Academic or Industry category.

Selections for organizers and plenary speakers will become visible only after putting in the code you received by email.

All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register by the author registration deadline of 30 April 2025. Presenting authors are expected to attend the conference and to be present at the scheduled sessions and present their work as either poster / oral presentations.The size of the poster should be in A0 format - (width: 841 mm x height: 1189 mm or width 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or width: 33.1 inche x height:46.8 inch ). Our poster boards will not accomodate larger sizes.

Registration for the conference and abstract submission must be completed at the Conftool website. Please go to our registration tool and register with your credentials: 

• The early bird registration deadline is 30 April 2025.

• Registration deadline for short talk and oral presentations is 30 April 2025. After this deadline, abstracts will only be considered for poster presentations.

• The late registration ends 1 June 2025.

• Onsite registration may be possible but is not guaranteed. Please inquire before arrival.

During registration, we will ask you to indicate whether you would like to participate in the free Welcome Event on the first day of the conference, Monday evening, 30 June 2025. The Conference Dinner can be booked during registration for 75 CHF. Log in with your credentials.

Registration for accompanying persons includes Welcome reception on 30th June and conference excursion on 2nd July 2025.
